At present, the subject of our activity is Interiors of rail vehicles, Service platforms of machine tools and Machine tool covering. We also offer services in the area of mechanical engineering, Jacquard shifting (harnessing), carpentry (mainly components for musical instruments), and other services.

With regard to the professional level of own employees, the company TRATEC-CS is able to offer a number of complex services in the aforementioned branches that suit customers’ needs.

The company’s activity focuses on complete deliveries from project to construction, production documentation, manufacture, assembly, commissioning and training of operating staff.

Out primary goal is manufacturing of a quality and precise product, and meeting the delivery deadlines. The company motto is: “Customer satisfaction with supplied products”.

The evidence of the company’s prosperity is export of products abroad to Switzerland, Germany, Ital, Indonesia, China and United States.

History

The company TRATEC-CS was established in 1991 by privatisation of machine works of joint stock company STAP.

After the transformation to the private sector, the company became a private property. The technical level of the company enhanced, and new application technologies in the area of machining, surface finishes and welding were introduced. Also the technical production preparation was strengthened, and construction using CAD programs was introduced that facilitated 3D and 2D designing, as well as CAM software based technologies.

TRATEC offers complex services in the area of mechanical engineering and automation production, specialising in the sector of locksmithery and carpentry works.

In the area of metal production, TRATEC builds on high flexibility in the area of machining on both conventional and CNC machines (turning, milling).

The company further produces and develops projection of a wide range of different types of covering, from simple screens to full covering of machine tools with aluminium or steel members, combined with electric drives and air conditioning (References: TOS Varnsdorf, FERMAT CZ, KOVOSVIT MAS, TOS HULÍN). Between the years 2008 and 2009 we cooperated with the development, design and production section of company TOS Varnsdorf on a prototype series of hydraulic platforms (control cabins) for horizontal machine tools. This product, consisting of hydraulic, electronic and construction elements was launched in the 2010 series manufacture.

The company TRATEC-CS also specialises in custom made production in automotive and textile industry as a supplier of manufacturing equipment, robotised workplaces, single-purpose machines, control devices or welding jigs. TRATEC makes welding and fitting tools as per the requirements of our customers.

We also deliver individual jigs, as well as entire welding lines, including installation of pneumatics, hydraulics, electric installation and commissioning. We deliver jigs including technical appurtenances that customer requires. (References: Bombardier Česká Lípa).

One of the company’s strength is manufacture of rail vehicle interiors and units for suburb transportation (references: ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION, Škoda Vagónka Ostrava, MOVO, PARS Nova).
The company further utilises a wood production centre the production program of which mainly contains musical instrument manufacturing.
